Joel Gray

Joel Gray is a chef and co-founder of Down Home Restaurant, a Michelin-recommended dining venue operating out of a historic farmhouse in Grey County, Ontario. Launched in 2019 under the original name Sumac + Salt, the restaurant was created with his wife, Hannah Harradine, to showcase hyper-local, seasonal cuisine rooted in permaculture farming and foraging.
